Fushun Xiulin Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2009, is located in Liaoning Fushun, China. It is adjacent to China National Petroleum Fushun Corporation,  the highway intersection, providing unique advantages in terms of raw materials  transportation. In 2019  2020, the company acquired two enterprises specializing in polycarboxylate superplasticizer, as its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

       Currently, Fushun Xiulin Chemical Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the production of surfactants using ethylene oxide  propylene oxide as raw materials. The company possesses five sets of ethoxylation production units  mainly produces three series products: macromonomers for polycarboxylate polyethers series (annual production of 50,000 tons), Polyethylene glycol series (annual production of 30,000 tons), Cement grinding aid  other surfactant series products (annual production of 30,000 tons).

       The subsidiary located in Fushun has four sets of PCE production facilities with a total annual capacity of 50,000 tons. The subsidiary in Hefei has three sets of PCE production facility with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons. This facility extends downstream  focuses on the main business of producing admixture products.

       The company places great emphasis on corporate management  has recruited experienced management personnel from China Petrochemical  publicly-listed companies to participate in corporate governance. The company has obtained ISO9001 certification  earned multiple honors, such as National High-tech Enterprise.

       The company focuses on the utilization of new technologies  the research  development of new products. It has established collaborative relationships with "Liaoning Petrochemical University"  "Shenyang Jianzhu University". It has maintained a leading position in the fields of EO derivatives production, new product development, PCE production  research.

       The PCE monomers, polyethylene glycol series products,  others are distributed in more than 20 cities in China. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer series products have been applied in major projects such as the Beijing-Shenyang High-Speed Railway, South-to-North Water Diversion Project,  are also exported to countries including Pakistan, Southeast Asia,  the Middle East, etc.
