Tea rap.
Regulah tea
was once all I knew
Til mah sista said
“Loose tea – loose tea is fa you!”
I gots myself some loose tea but I thought,
“How to drink?”
I don’t wanna pour dis junk
Straight down da sink!
I tried the “tea ball”
but I thought, “Dassall!?”
I tried the tea stick
and I thought it was sic
But leaves still fell thru
And I was sad and blue
Til mah hussy Meliss
Showed me true tea bliss
I thought it was a pipe, ya’ll
Turned out to be a tea straw
Turned mah world upside down
I drink loose tea without a frown
Ain’t suckin down no mo leaves
Cuz this tea straw sets me free
My soul is now at ease
Enjoyin’ loose tea leaves.

So, you’ll notice from the two previous posts that the Obama campaign is like a viral dream come true. A presidential candidate with the flare of a fictional character. Almost an idealistic portrait of what the future can be if we choose Obama.
I was shocked when I saw how the two campaigns - one for Gotham City’s DA Harvey Dent - and the other for actual president of the United States were so similar.
It reminded me that if there’s one thing that the United States can say it does better than any other country in the world, it’s marketing. There is no brand like that of Hollywood elsewhere. Everyone wishes they had the perfection, glamour, and fame of the stars that Americans hold dear and I’m not talking about the flag.
So it makes sense that Obama’s campaign is pulling on the one thing America has done well internationally - and that’s creating excellent brands.
